I love big books and I cannot lie! I come from a family of readers, and I am so thankful for that. As a kid, a fresh stack of library books that I had selected all by myself was a close second to a fresh box of crayons and clean white paper. So much possibility between those covers, so many stories to get lost in, and far-away worlds to explore.
Interesting observation ahead: A lot of the people I’ve met who love to color , also like to read. Hmmm…do we just like to escape to other worlds, are curious about new ideas, or do we prefer solitary activities that make us happy? Maybe a combination of all three. What do you think?
To me, the ideal vacation would be a combination of lounging in a deck chair with a good book, moving to a table overlooking the water to color in my big stack of coloring books (while drinking coffee or an adult beverage), then ending my day by heading over to the Chocolate Buffet! Okay, fine, maybe I’ll also go see the sights, too!

I recommend that you print them on cardstock and if you want to get fancy, you could even laminate them and add a pretty ribbon.
